Molly Moo is actually a real life young human, also known as our Jelly Cat tester, who has opened Serendipity with Nanna on alternate Saturday mornings for... well since she could not even reach the light switches. Being older now, she can reach the switches and her goal at the moment is to reach the banister upstairs from the lowest step possible. Basically that would then make her taller than Nanna!
At Serendipity
In thinking about giving the shop a new name, hers was going to be over the door but the generosity of our founders meant that our well-established name of 'Serendipity'. could continue. As a result Molly Moo's is now our upstairs collection. All our children's collections are there plus Alex Clark, Wrendale and all the other little 'pick ups' that we know you like. Our packaging will reflect our name change for upstairs. Molly Moo's takes her place on our paper carriers alongside our longstanding logo of Serendipity. We're very proud of how our children's section has evolved over the years - some of our suppliers have been with us for 19 Years while others are brand new to us. Take a little peek (the little ones now have an area to sit and play and try out the toys) but you must take them with you when you leave... the little ones, not the toys!
